Prague Shakuhachi Festival offers intensive courses and masterclasses for Japanese traditional instruments shakuhachi, koto and shamisen for players of all levels. Each course, including the beginner course, is led by top professionals players.
Participants of intermediate courses have a unique opportunity to have an individual lesson with a teacher of their choice.
Course registration will take place at Music and Dance Faculty of Academy of Performing Arts on Malostranské náměstí, Prague, on Thursday, August the 25th 16:00.
The courses themselves will start in the morning of the 26th and will evening continue until the evening August the 29th when they will end with the final student concert.
The course fee includes free entry on all festival concerts and lectures.
